Who provides PeopleOS
PeopleOS is provided by Cybzilla Systems Private Limited (CIN U72900PN2019PTC186053). By creating a workspace or using PeopleOS, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organisation. Cybzilla's general website terms at cybzilla.com/legal/terms also apply.
The free plan
- A workspace is free for up to 10 employees. Active employees and employees on leave count toward the limit.
- No credit card is needed and there is no time limit while you stay within the limit.
- Above 10 employees, the workspace becomes read-only until a larger plan is arranged. You are never charged automatically.
Paid plans
Plans for larger teams are agreed in writing with our sales team. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
Your data
Your organisation owns the data it puts into PeopleOS. We use it only to provide and secure the service, as described in the privacy notice (/legal/privacy).
Payroll and statutory output
PeopleOS calculates PF, ESI, Professional Tax and New Tax Regime TDS from the rates and rules configured in your workspace. Your organisation remains responsible for checking that configuration and every payroll run before approval, and for its statutory filings and payments. Bank advice, PF ECR and ESI return exports are provided; their acceptance by banks and filing portals is still being verified.
Acceptable use
Do not use PeopleOS to break the law, to access data you are not authorised to see, to upload malicious files, or to disrupt the service for others. We may suspend access that puts other customers or the service at risk.
