Accessibility statement

We want everyone on a team, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, zoom or a phone, to be able to use PeopleOS.

Last updated 8 November 2026

Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA on this website and in the PeopleOS app.

How we check

  • Automated axe-core scans of the website at phone, tablet and desktop widths. On 8 November 2026 the main website pages showed no WCAG A or AA violations.
  • Lighthouse accessibility audits of key pages.
  • Manual keyboard checks of menus, forms and the product tour, and a reduced-motion version of animated content.
  • Automated contrast tests for the brand colours in the code base.

Known gaps

A scan of the signed-in app on 2 November 2026 found issues we are fixing: some icon-only buttons without names, a few form fields without labels, low contrast on some leave-balance cards, a payroll table that cannot be scrolled by keyboard on small screens, and one small touch target on the sign-in page.

The marketing website is shown in light mode only.

Tell us about a barrier

If something on PeopleOS is hard to use with your setup, email info@cybzilla.com with the page and what happened. We will reply and, where we can, offer another way to get what you need while we fix it.
