Who we are
PeopleOS is built and operated by Cybzilla Systems Private Limited (CIN U72900PN2019PTC186053), Sr. No. 21, Flat 401, Sankalp Dreams, Gurukrupa, Keshavnagar, Mundhwa, Pune, Maharashtra 411036, India. This notice explains how PeopleOS handles personal data. It sits alongside Cybzilla's company privacy policy at cybzilla.com/legal/privacy.
Two kinds of data
- Data you give us on this website, such as a sales or walkthrough request, or the details used to create a workspace. Cybzilla decides how this is used, as described below.
- Employee data your organisation puts into its PeopleOS workspace, such as employee records, attendance, leave and payroll. Your employer decides what is recorded and why; we process it to provide PeopleOS to them. If you are an employee, contact your employer's HR team first about this data.
What the website collects
- Sales, walkthrough, partner and design-partner requests: your name, work email, team size, and, if you add them, company name, phone number and message, with the time you agreed to be contacted.
- Workspace sign-up: the administrator's name and work email, a password (stored only as a one-way hash), and the company name, headquarters city, country and currency.
- Sign-in cookies that keep you signed in. The website sets no advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
We use these details to respond to your request, set up and run your workspace, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data.
Where data is stored and who helps us
PeopleOS currently stores data in the United States. These providers process data for us:
- Google Cloud (Cloud Run): application hosting.
- Neon: database hosting and backups.
- Cloudflare (R2): file storage.
- Resend: email delivery.
How long we keep it
Workspaces that are never verified are deleted 24 hours after sign-up. Product usage milestones are deleted after 400 days. Workspace data is kept while your organisation uses PeopleOS.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance. Employees can also raise access, correction and deletion requests from inside PeopleOS, which go to their employer.
